    I do agree with you on Basecamp. Excellent tool for project management and when we mean managing projects it also includes employees.

    Tools make the complete process easier and that is why I completely depend on tools for managing my day to day activities and work. I would say, I live with these tools – Replicon, Basecamp, Quickbooks, etc.

    These three are my bread and butter and I start my work everyday with them. Replicon employee time tracking software helps me with tracking all my activities as well as my subordinates, Basecamp for project management and Quickbooks for accounts management and what else you need?
